APPOINTING AMBER BALES AS A MEMBER OF THE
LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-10.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Amber Bales is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Library Board of
the City of Alameda for the partial term of Catherine Atkin commencing July 5,
2017, and expiring on June 30, 2018, and to serve until a successor is appointed
and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of July, 2017, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie,
Vella and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
