CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO
THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC)
TUESDAY- -SEPTEMBER 5, 2017- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Spencer convened the meeting at 9:42 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Ezzy Ashcraft,
Oddie, Vella and Mayor/Chair Spencer – 4.

Absent: Councilmember/Commission Matarrese - 1.

None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Oddie moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Vella seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote – 4. [Absent: Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese – 1.] [Items so
enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the paragraph number.]
(*17-494CC/17-011SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Report for the
Quarter Ending March 31, 2017. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Spencer adjourned the meeting at 9:43
p.m.
