Resolution 15325CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 15325 AMENDING THE RECREATION FUND AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 WHEREAS, on June 6, 2017, the City Council did adopt a budget representing the financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018; and WHEREAS, staff is proposing that Recreation Fund transfer out appropriations be increased $11,500 and Capital Improvement Fund Project 91621 transfer in and donations revenue budget be increased by $31,500, grant revenue be decreased by $26,000 (net revenue increase of $5,500) and expenditure appropriations be increased by $5,500; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the report and recommendations of the City Manager on the budget amendments and has determined that the budget amendments are both fair and appropriate; and WHEREAS, this budget ensures that the City of Alameda has exercised prudent judgment in its fiduciary responsibility as guardian of the public tax dollars. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that budget amendment to the City's Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget is approved for the Recreation Fund by changing appropriations by $11,500 and Capital Improvement Fund Project 91621 by changing net revenue and expenditure estimates by $5,500 and $5,500, respectively. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of December, 2017, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor Spencer — 5.
