MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF
THE CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO
THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC)
TUESDAY- -DECEMBER 5, 2017- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 7:04 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Vella seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote – 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the
paragraph number.]
(*17-711 CC/17-14 SACIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council and SACIC
Meeting Held on September 19, 2017. Approved.
(*17-712 CC/17-15 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Fourth Quarter Financial
Report for the Period Ending June 30, 2017. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
