APPOINTING BRAD WEINBERG AS A MEMBER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
California Health and Safety Code Section 34270, and upon nomination of the
Mayor, Brad Weinberg is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Housing
Authority Board of Commissioners of the City of Alameda for the partial term of
Stephanie Shipe commencing January 2, 2018, and expiring on June 30, 2020,
and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of January, 2018, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie,
Vella and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
