MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC)

Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Ezzy Ashcraft moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote – 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk
preceding the paragraph number.]
(*17-745 CC/16 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the First Quarter Financial Report
for the Period Ending September 30, 2017. Accepted.
(*17-746 CC/17 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Report for the
Quarter Ending September 30, 2017. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:01 p.m.
