MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -FEBRUARY 6, 2018- -6:00 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:01 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and
Mayor Spencer – 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(18-055) Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation (Pursuant to Government
Code § 54956.9); Case Name: Myers, Jason v. City of Alameda, et al; Court: Superior
Court of California, County of Alameda; Case Number: RG15777911.
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and the City Clerk
announced that regarding existing litigation case name: Meyers, Jason v. City of
Alameda, et al – direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:26 p.m.
