CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC)

Mayor/Chair Spencer convened the meeting at 7:17 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Ezzy Ashcraft,
Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor/Chair Spencer –

CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Oddie moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Councilmember/Commissioner seconded the motion, which car ried by unanimous voice
vote – 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the
paragraph number.]
(*18-210 CC/18-005 SACIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council and SACIC
Meeting Held on March 6, 2018. Approved.
(*18-211 CC/18-006 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Report for the
Quarter Ending December 31, 2017. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:17
p.m.
