MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -JULY 5, 2018- -4:30 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 4:30 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and
Mayor Spencer – 5.
[Note: Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft arrived at 4:32 p.m.]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(18-388) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring Pursuant to Government Code § 54957;
Title/description of positions to be filled: Acting City Manager and City Manager
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer
announced that direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 9:15 p.m.
