APPOINTING JENNIFER WIT AS A MEMBER OF THE
HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-11.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Jennifer Wit is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Historical Advisory
Board of the City of Alameda for the term commencing September 4, 2018, and
expiring on June 30, 2022, and to serve until a successor is appointed and
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 4th day of September, 2018, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie,
Vella and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
