APPOINTING RONA ROTHENBERG AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-8.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Rona
Rothenberg is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of
the City of Alameda for the term commencing October 16, 2018, and expiring on
June 30, 2022, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 16th day of October, 2018, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor

ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft - 1 .
