CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC)
TUESDAY- -SEPTEMBER 18, 2018- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Spencer convened the meeting at 7:14 p.m.

Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Ezzy Ashcraft moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by the
following roll call vote: Councilmembers/Commissioners Ezzy Ashcraft: Aye; Matarrese:
Aye; Oddie: Aye; Vella: Aye; and Mayor/Chair Spencer: Aye. Ayes: 5.

Agency to the Community Improvement Commission (SACIC) Meetings Held on April
17, June 19, and September 4, 2018. Approved.
(*18-497 CC/18-013 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Report for the
Quarter Ending March 31, 2018. Accepted.
(*18-498 CC/18-014 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Report for the
Quarter Ending June 30, 2018. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:15
p.m.
