APPOINTING SIMON CHIU AS A MEMBER OF THE
RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-23.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Simon Chiu is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Rent Review
Advisory Committee (Homeowner) of the City of Alameda for the unexpired term of
Milton Friedman commencing November 27, 2018, and expiring on June 30, 2019,
and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 27th day of November, 2018, by the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie,
Vella and Mayor Spencer – 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
