MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
THURSDAY- -JANUARY 31, 2019- -5:00 P.M.
Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft convened the meeting at 5:14 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Knox White, Oddie, Vella and
Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft – 5.
Absent: None.
(19-061) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring; Pursuant to Government Code § 54957;
Title/description of positions to be filled: City Attorney

Title/description of positions to be filled: City Manager
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft
announced that regarding City Attorney, direction was given to staff; and regarding City
Manager, the matter was continued to February 1, 2019 at 5:01 p.m.
Adjournment
At 9:21 p.m., there being no further business, Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft continued the
meeting to February 1, 2019 at 5:01 p.m.
