Resolution 15528CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 15528 AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET BY DEFUNDING REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT 91610 (2015-17 CAPITAL BUDGET) BY $613,000 EACH AND INCREASING REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT 91810 (2017-19 CAPITAL BUDGET) BY $613,000 EACH WHEREAS, Pavement Management is a recurring rehabilitation project in the Capital Budget and any unspent funds from one budget cycle may be available during the next budget cycle; and WHEREAS, approximately $613,000 in funding remains in the Public Works Department Capital Improvement Program (CIP) (Project 9161 0) approved in the FY 2015-17 CIP budget; and WHEREAS, to properly repair and resurface these sections of roadway, staff developed a project scope that will require $613,000 of additional funding; and WHEREAS, staff proposes to reallocate this amount from CIP 9161 0, Pavement Management to CIP 91810, Pavement Management for repair and resurfacing certain streets, phase 38. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Alameda amends the Fiscal Year 2018-19 CIP budget by defunding revenue and appropriations in the Pavement Management Project 9161 0 (FY2015-17 Capital Budget) by $613,000 each and increasing revenue and appropriations for Pavement Management Project 91810 (FY2017-19 Capital Budget) by $613,000 each. ******* I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 71h day of May 2019, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Knox White, Oddie, Vella and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft-5.
