APPOINTING MOUSTAFA ALY AS A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-9.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Moustafa Aly is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service
Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda for a partial term commencing
June 18, 2019, and expiring on June 30, 2022, and to serve until a successor is
appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 18th day of June, 2019, by the following vote to wit:
