APPOINTING TERESA RUIZ AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-8.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Teresa Ruiz is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of
the City of Alameda for a term commencing July 2, 2019, and expiring on June 30,
2023, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of July, 2019, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Knox White, Oddie, Vella
and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
