REAPPOINTING SIMON CHIU AS A MEMBER OF THE
RENT REVIEW ADVISORY COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-23.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Simon Chiu is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Rent Review
Advisory Commission of the City of Alameda for a term commencing September 3,
2019, and expiring on June 30, 2023, and to serve until a successor is appointed
and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 3rd day of September, 2019, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Knox White, Oddie, Vella
and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
