MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ALAMEDA PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY (APFA)
TUESDAY- -JULY 16, 2019- -6:59 P.M.
Chair Ezzy Ashcraft convened the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Commissioners Daysog, Knox White, Oddie, Vella
and Chair Ezzy Ashcraft – 5.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Knox White moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Commissioner Vella seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote – 5.

(19-419) Minutes of the Joint City Council and APFA Meeting Held on May 7, 2019.
Approved.
(19-420) Recommendation to Authorize the Executive Director to Execute the First
Amendment to Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants at
Eagle Village Located in the 700 Block of Buena Vista. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Ezzy Ashcraft adjourned the meeting at 7:06
p.m.
