APPOINTING DAVID MIK AS A MEMBER OF THE
MAYOR'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY PANEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that upon
nomination of the Mayor, David Mik is hereby appointed to the office of member of
the Mayor's Economic Development Advisory Panel of the City of Alameda for a
term commencing October 1, 2019 and expiring September 30, 2021.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 1st day of October, 2019, by the following vote to wit:
