MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND
SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC)
TUESDAY- -OCTOBER 6, 2020- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft convened the meeting at 7:13 p.m. and
Councilmember/Commissioner Oddie led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog, Knox
White, Oddie, Vella and Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft –

Absent: Councilmember/Commissioner Daysog.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Knox White moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Councilmember/Commissioner Oddie seconded the motion, which carried by the
following roll call vote: Councilmembers/Commissioners Knox White: Aye; Oddie: Aye;
Vella: Aye; and Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft: Aye. Ayes: 4. [Absent:
Councilmember/Commissioner Daysog - 1.] [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated
by an asterisk preceding the paragraph number.]
(*20-626 CC/20-025 SACIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council and SACIC
Meeting Held on September 1, 2020. Approved.
(*20-627 CC/20-026 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Report for the
Quarter Ending June 30, 2020. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft adjourned the meeting at
7:16 p.m.
