REAPPOINTING THOMAS SAXBY AS A MEMBER OF THE
HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-11.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Thomas Saxby is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Historical
Advisory Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing September 15,
2020, and expiring on June 30, 2024, and to serve until a successor is appointed
and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of September, 2020, by the following vote to
wit:

and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft -5.
