REAPPOINTING JENNIFER LINTON AS A MEMBER OF THE
COMMISSION ON PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-19.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Jennifer Linton is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Commission
on Persons with Disabilities of the City of Alameda for a full term commencing
October 20, 2020, and expiring on June 30, 2023, and to serve until a successor is
appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 20th day of October, 2020, by the following vote to wit:
