Councilmember Oddie also took great pleasure in attending City events, including the Unity Picnic, 4th of July Parade and Holiday Tree Lighting, and representing the City of Alameda during overseas visits to our Sister Cities; and Whereas, Councilmember Oddie was instrumental in adopting City policies that focus on the values of inclusion, dignity for all, compassion, housing as a human right, and protecting the environment.
