APPOINTING RANDY RENTSCHLER AS A MEMBER OF THE
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda
Municipal Code Section 2-16.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Randy Rentschler is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Transportation Commission of the City of Alameda for a
partial term commencing February 16, 2021, and expiring on June 30, 2022, and to serve until a
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of February, 2021, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Knox White, Vella and Mayor Ezzy
Ashcraft — 4.
NOES: Councilmember Herrera Spencer — 1.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
