Resolution 15752CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 15752 AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-21 CAPITAL BUDGET BY DEFUNDING REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 960093 BY $361,000 AND INCREASING REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 91857706 BY $361,000 WHEREAS, the Officer's Club Improvements Capital Improvement Program (CIP) 960093 approved in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-21 Capital Budget has an available budget of $388,533 as of February 16, 2021; and WHEREAS, to complete the Alameda Point Modular Restroom Building project in calendar year 2021, staff has placed the Officer's Club Improvement project on hold in order to fund the completion of the modular restroom building project; and WHEREAS, staff proposes to reallocate $361,000 from Officer's Club Improvements CIP 960093 to Alameda Point Modular Restroom Building CIP 91857706. Fund/Account Amount CIP 960093 FY 19-21 Officer's Club Improvements Reduce Contractual Services Expense $361,000 CIP 91857706 FY 19-21 Alameda Point Modular Restroom Building Increase Contractual Services Expense $361 000 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Alameda amend the FY 2020-21 Capital Budget by defunding the revenue and appropriations in the FY19-21 Officer's Club Improvements CIP (960093), by approximately $361,000 and increasing revenue and appropriations for FY19-21 Alameda Point Modular Restroom Building CIP (91857706) by an equal amount, approximately $361,000.
