APPOINTING PHILLY JONES AS A MEMBER OF THE
RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda
Municipal Code Section 2-12.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Philly Jones is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Recreation and Park Commission of the City of
Alameda for a partial term commencing April 20, 2021, and expiring on June 30, 2023,
and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on
the 20th day of April, 2021, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Herrera Spencer, Knox White, Vella
and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
