APPOINTING ALICE NGUYEN AS A MEMBER OF THE
RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda
Municipal Code Section 2-12.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Alice Nguyen is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Recreation and Park Commission of the
City of Alameda for a partial term commencing April 20, 2021, and expiring on June 30,
2022, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th day of April, 2021, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Herrera Spencer,
Knox White, Vella and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
