RESOLVED Ey THE GOUT= OF ENE CITY. OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishIng one (1) now, 1947 or 1946 model coupe automobile
to the City of Alameda (for the Department of HuildinF Inspector), No. M3 10-47-24
filed in the office of the Cithy Clerk on. October 22, 1947, be, and. the same are
hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHIDR, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday the 4th day of Novem-
ber, 1947, for the furnishing to the City of one (1) new, 1947 or 1.9443 model, coupe
automobile, in accordance with.. said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be
dresentod to the 01 131 Cler, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Automobile", or similar
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and. best
bid. The rip4at Is reserve80 to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with thb, provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provislons.
