adopted.
RESOINMY FUMER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sna-Ind bids up to the hour of 8:05 arclock F. M. on Tuesday, the 7th daN of October,

automobile, ir accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be
presentod to the City Mork, in the Citj Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Automobile," or similar
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awardod, aubjoct to tho provisions of tho
Motor of saLd City, to tho rosponsible bidder who submits the lowest ard beat bid.
The right is reserved to rejecL any or all bids.
