OF THE CITY MANAGER.
11EMAS"I the City Manager, Don C. McMillan, will be absent from the
City of Alameda, with the permission of the City Council, for a period of
several days;
NOIN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE, COUNCIL OFT CITY OFALAYEDA
that Carl Froerer be, and he is hereby, appointed Acting City Manager of the
City of Alameda during the absence of the City Manager.
Il the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing, Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of October, 1947, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES-. Councilmen Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheid., (3).
NOES.- None.
ABSENT.- Councilmen Anderson and Jones, (2).
