Division of Highways, has presented a First Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement
in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City for expenditure of
the 1/4 cent as tax during the period endinS December 31, 1947, allocated for
State HiShways in the City of Alameda; and
WHEREASI the City Council has heard read said First Supplemental Memo7'an-

,reement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E !T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, OF TIE CITY OF ALANEDA that
said First Supplemental Memorandum of Are for expenditure of 1/4 cent gas to
allocated for State Highways be, and the same is hereby, approved, and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to slEn the same on behalf of said City.
A the undersigned, hereby certify thaL the foregoing Resolution was
duly and reSularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 22nd day of October, 1947, by the
following vote, to wit:
