COUNCIL C -P CITY OF ALAVEDA, and said Council hereby finds, and deterrines, that the public interest and necessity require the acquisi- tion by said City of Alameda for use by said City of Alameda for use by said C1Q, for public street purposes (the extension of Park Street southwesterly 120 feet, more or less fron Otis Drive), all of that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, ijinZ and belnZ in said City of Alameda, Countj of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as follow s- BWINNING at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Otis Drive and the production southwesterlp of the south- easterly line of Park Street, as said Street now exist; thence aloe S the said line of Park Street, 138 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the northeastern boundary lines of the lands conveyed fron Alameda Count; Title Insurance Conpany, a corporation, et a], to L. H. Beck, bT TimstecTs Deed dated November 9. 1933, and recorded February 10, 1934, in Volume 3022 of official Records of Alameda County, at page 179; thence along the boundary line noithweste rly 85 feet, more or less, to a point on the northwesterly line of Park Street produced southwesterly, said point being distant due south 100 feet from the north boundary line of Lot 18, Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, as said lot is shown on the map entitled "Sale Map No. 10 of Salt Marsh and Tide Lands". filed june 9. 1858, in the Recorder's Office of Llameda County; thence along said production of the northwest line of PaiQ Street northwesterly 90 feet, more or less, to the aforesaid southwest line of Otis Drive; and thence along the last said line south 50* 301 50" East 80 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
