RESOLUTION NO. 3654
Adopting Specifications for Furnishing One (1) New
1047 or 1943 Coupe to the City of Alameda (For City
Engineen), Calling for Bids and Directing the City
Clerk to Advertise Same.

Provisions for furnishing one (1) new, 1947 or 1948 model, coupe automobile to the
City of Alameda (for the City Engineen), Ho. YA 12-47-27, filed in the office of the
City Clerk on December 2, 1947, be, and the sane are hereby, approved and adopted.
TESOLVED, FT.."PEHER, that theCouncil of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 3:05 o 'clock P. Y. on Tuesday, the 16th day of Decem-
ber, 1247, for the furnishing to the City of one (1) new, 1917 or 1948 model, coupe
automobile, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisicns. Bids must be
presented to tHe City Clerk, in the City 11 -Tall, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Automobile", or similar
6esignation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.
