Soction 2. The salaries as fixed by this resolution shall be effective
as of and after january 6, 1943.
Section 3. Fcr the purposes of this resolution, class designations ap-
pearing after the title of the position shall respectively include all employees
who have been in the service of the City in such position for periods of time as
follows:
Class A: 1,,ore than one and less than five years;
Class B: Five years or more.
FE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution shall super-
sede those port ons of Resolution No. 3567, and of any other resolution in conflict
herewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict
only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
