THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR MAINTENANCE OF
— STATE HIGH1,WAY IN THE CITY OF KAMEDA._
i`11taHEAS, the State of California, through its Departiment of Public '01orks,
Division of Highways has submitted an Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway
in the City of Alameda for the period january 1, 1948, to June 30, 1948; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and
is familiar with the contents thereof; and
executed;
WEEREASI it is in the public intenest that said agreement should be
NOW9 TIATITAFORE1 BE IT RESOLVED BY 'T'!U_,,' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KAMEDA
that said Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway in the City of Alameda be
entered into, and that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Alanoda, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of January, 1948, by the following
vote, to Wit -
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheld,
(A).
NOES: None.
Ata Slit T: Councilman Jones, (1).
