RESOLUTION NO. 3676
CANCEITI[SG CITY TAXES ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY
THE CITY OF AIAHEDA FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the following described real property situated in the City of
Alameda, CountT of Alameda, State of California, to wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection on the southeastern
line ofHigh Street with tho noitheastern line of Pernside
Boulevard, as said street and boulevard are shown on the map
entitled, "Waterside Terrace, Alameda, Cal.." filed August 30,
1912, in Book 27 of Maps, page 12, in the office of County
Recorder of Alameda County; (the bearinSs herein used are based
upon said line of High Street as having a bearing of north 41-';
041 east) running thence southeasterly along said line of
Wernside Boulovavd 70.43 feet to the intersection thereof with,
a line drawn parallel with and distant 10 feeL, nor'MJr-vwestorly
measured at right angles from the southeastern line of !,ot 5,

thonce along said parallel line north 41* 041 east 19.56 feet
to the circurXerence of a circle having a radius of 188 feet,

of beginning.
Being a portion of Lots 4 and 5, in Block "F", as said
lots and block are shown on the map hereinabove referred to,
has been assessed heretofore for city purposes for the fiscal year 1947-1940 and
tho taxes levied thereon in the sum of y20.68 are uncollected and unpaid; and
