WEREAS, the street lighting systom on Buena Vista Avenue betweon Lobster
StreK and Park Street vequires a substantial capital outlay for major 1,,np roverae, tit
thereof; and
WHERMS9 it is nacessary and proper that funds be drawn from the Capital
Outlays Pund for the purpose of said improvement;
BY TUE COMM, OF TIE C111 GY ALAMh that
a special fund to be known as "Street lighting Fund -- Buena Vista Avenue between
Lobster Street and Park Street," is hereby created.
13E 192 KRIMIER RESOLVED thut the sum of 152,000. be, and tho same is
hereby, transferred from the Capital Outlays DOW of the City of Alameda to said
Streot lighting b4nd -- Buena Vista Avenue between dabster Street and Park Street.
The Auditor and Treasurer aim hereby authorized and directed to create
said special fund and to raake tho nccessary transPers on their respective books.
