EAND TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, FOR POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLES, CALLINA FOR BIDS AND DIRECT- ING TEE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME. RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAYEDA that the Specifications and ?revisions for furnishing frequency modulated mobile radio units in 152-162 m.c. band to the City of Alameda, for Police and lire Department vehicles, No. MS 4-48-6. filed in the office of the City Clerk on April 6, 1948, be, and the sane are hereby, approved and adopted. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1948, for the furnishing to the City of frequency modulated mobile radio units in 152-162 m. ae band, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Frequency Yodulated Mobile Radio Units," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times - Star a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions® I.the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of April, 1943, by the following vote$ to wit: AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheid, (5).
