�'11TElEA2,, the lax Collector of the County of Alaneda has forwarded to the
City of Alameda a certified copy of Resolution No. 50659 of the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Alameda consenting to the proposed sale of twelve (12)
parcels of real property, particularly described in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, said Tax Collector has requested that the City of Alameda con-
sent to the sale by the Tax Collector of the County of Alameda of tax deeded
properties situated in the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, Section 3700 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of
California provides that if said City of Alameda consents to the sale of said tax
deeded propeities that the Tax Collector of the County of Alameda may proceed to
publish or post the notice of sale without waiting at least thirty (30) days so
to do;

sale at public auction for the reason that the City of Alameda desires to acquire
said parcels of real property for public purposes in the City of Alameda.
