RESCINDINa RESOLUTIORAn-AN
dHEREaS, the Council of the City of Ala.rqeda did, an the 3rd day of
December, 1946, adopt Resolution No. 3439, entitled: "Authorizing City Manager
to Make Applioation to State Director of Finance on Behalf of the City of Alameda
for State Assistance in Defraying Cost of Construction of the 3ay Fa Island
Sewer Project (Project ho. 20-2); and
WHEREAS, it is now desired that the three units combined under Project
Ea. 20-2 be separated and that a separate application to the Statofrector of
Finance be made regarding each separate unit;
10W THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COKCIL OF THE CITY OF AtIMEDA
that said Resolution No. 3439 be, and the same is hereby, rescinded.
