APPOINTING MEMBER OF
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOW
RESULVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of irticle X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of
the Mayor, Rix Maurer is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term caamencing July 1, 1948, and ex-
piring on June 30, 1952, and until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 15ta day of June, 1948, by the following vote,
