BOARD OF EDUGATIM
RESUMED BY THE' COUNCIL THE CITIT OF ALAIIIHMA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of
the layor, Donald D. Lum is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Board
of Education of the City of Alameda for a term caamencing on July 1, 1948, and ex-
piring on June 30, 1953, and until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 15tA day of JuEe, 1948, by the followinS vote, to
wit:
