Fund of the City for the purposes authorized in the Act referred to in said
resolution, namely, for law enforcement and the regulation and control and
fire protection of highway traffic in the City of Alameda;
NUW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO�R'4CIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the sum of Q; 2,989.29 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the
In Lieu Tax Fund to the General Fund of the City of 11ameda.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to make said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1948, by the
following vote, to wit:
