TRANSFERRING $1259000-00 YROM THE NORTH SIDE SZWaR
MD TO THE CaPITAL OUTLAYS FUND
EC'� SOLVIED BY TME COIZICIL OF THE CIT17 OF ALA.1,210DA that the sum of
$125P000.00 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the North Side Sewer
Funu to the Capital Outlays Fund.
The Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer
on the books and records of his office.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1948, by the
following vote, to wit:
