RESOLVED BY TEE CMUCIL OF TnE CITY OF AL02MA that Resolution No. 3751$
adopted by this Council on June 15, 1948, and entitled, "Appointing Carl Froerer
City hanager of the City of Alameda and Fixing Salary", be, and the same is hereby
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that Carl Froerer be, and he is hereby, appointed
City lanaSer of the City of Alameda, effective Tuly 18, 1948.
HESOL\F-r,'D, FURTrHER, that the salary of Carl roe: er for the position of
City ilanager of the City of Alameda is hereby fixed at the 3UM Of 1750.00 per month.
BE IT JURTHER RESOLVED that the orovisions of any other resolutions, or
parts thereof, in conflict herewith, are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby repealed. I
This resolution shall be in effect on July 18, 1948.
