WHEREASI the Stake of California, through its Department of Public
MaTth, has submitted a Contract for Wederal Allocations to Inca! Public HeaTth
Agencies for the fiscal year July 1, 1948, to and including juno 30, 1949; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is far dliar with the contents of said
contract; an(,,'-
executed;
AHEMS1 it is in the public interest that said contract should be
1' OU THEREFOHEI BE TT HESOLVED BY TIE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF ALAMDA
that said Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Public Hsalth Agencies be
entered into, and that the Myor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directod to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Alameda, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Counc-11-1 of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 3yQ day of August, 1048, by the fullowing
