WAEREAS, a master agreement has been exeCu Led by the C! t y o f Al ameda , he re 1 naf Le r re f e rred
to as the City, and the State 9epartment of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred,
to as the Department, on March 2, 1961 , rOr CXPErK cure of State allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submiLted Lo the Department on
May 25, 1962, showing theestimated expenditures of such funds recoumended to be made during the
fiscal year 1962-1963; and
WAEREAS, a b0get, approved by the Department ao tune 12, 1962, has been presented Lo Line
CiLy Cooneil in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City; and
WAEREAS, the City Council is familiar With LK contents of said budget, as approved by
the Department;
NOW rAERLFORE, BE Ir RESOLVED BY faE COUNCIL OF THE CIrY OF ALANERA LhaL said budget be
and is herehy adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during
the fiscal year 1962-1963.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify LhaL the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled an the
3rd day of July, 1962, by the following vote, to wit'.
