AHEREAS, a certain option of purchase of real property dated the Sth day
of Maber, 1248, made by and between Anita Spadoni, as party of the first part, and
the My of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of the second part, was, oil
or about said date, executed and delivered by said Anita Spadoni to the City of
Alar,,ied,,-,; and
MEWS$ by said option said Anita Spadon! Eranted to the City of Alameda
an option to purchase all that certain real property situated in the said City of
Alameda, and more Darticularly described in said option, on condition that said op-
tion be exercised by the said City of Alameda on or before October 9, !M; and
the said City of Alameda did, on or about said date, accept
said option;
