the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of the second part, was, on
or about said date, executed and delivered by said Gino Spadoni to tho City of
Alameda; and

Alameda, and more particularly described in said cption, on condition that said
option be exercised by the said City of Alameda on or before October 9,1249; and
